Administrator/CEO Robert Victor Seares Jr visits the processing facility of locally produced chewing tobacco in Brgy. Gualsic, Alcala, Pangasinan on Friday. According to NTA Pangasinan Branch Manager Cesario G. Sambrana, who joined the Administrator in the visit, the processing facility is expected to buy the Native Batek production of the Tobacco Block Farm in Alcala as value-adding activity.
