NTA Governing Board Vice Chair and Administrator Robert Victor G. Seares Jr. presided over the committee meeting of the NTA Governing Board on Monday (February 8), which discussed among other things the extent of damages in tobacco areas due to unpredictable rains in northern Luzon last January and formalization of tie-up between the Department of Agriculture Region 1 and the NTA Kadiwa ni Ani at Kita in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur on the NTA commitment to deliver pork to the National Capital Region to augment supply and stabilize prices in the market.
