NTA Administrator/CEO Robert Victor G. Seares Jr. presents the 2021 Plans and Budget of the National Tobacco Administration to Agriculture Secretary William D. Dar during the virtual meeting of the DA Management Committee (ManCom) on February 3.

The 2021 Plans and Budget meeting takes into consideration the attainment of the goal “Masaganang Ani at Mataas na Kita” of the Department of Agriculture.
