NTA Administrator/CEO Robert Victor G. Seares Jr. administered the oath-taking of eight newly appointed extension workers and one office staff of the National Tobacco Administration Vigan Branch Office, held at the Farmers Training Center in San Juan, Ilocos Sur on March 16.
