Administrator/CEO Robert Victor G. Seares Jr. has designated in a concurrent capacity NTA Pangasinan Chief Agriculturist Roger T. Madriaga as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Project Manager of Tobacco Dust Processing Plant (TDPP) and Project Development Officer IV Felisa R. Aurellano as OIC Manager of the Farm Technology and Services Department.
The new designations effective August 4 were the result of the retirement from government service of TDPP Manager Hermogenes A. Galvez and FTSD Manager Imelda N. Rin᷈en on June 30 and July 31, respectively.
From April to July this year, Administrator Seares has also designated OICs in various positions, as follows:
Myrna O. Lozano, Chief Science Research Specialist, as OIC Manager in concurrent capacity of the Industrial Research Department; Noralyn I. Idica, Administrative Officer IV as acting Chief Agriculturist of Vigan Branch; Immanouel A. Rafanan, Tobacco Regulation Officer (TPRO) I as acting Administrative Office (AO) of Vigan Branch; and Orlando O. Galdones, TPRO III, as acting AO of NTA Kadiwa ni Ani at Kita in concurrent capacity as acting AO of Candon Branch.
