NTA Candon conducted on Monday the inventory of sacks of fertilizers for the Block Farm Rice Production Component of the Rice Wet Season Project for CY 2021, under its Integrated Farming and Other Income-Generating Activities Program.
A total of 3,410 sacks have been delivered in two drop-off points, the ConLeaf warehouse in Sidaoen, Sta.Cruz and Leonardo Escobar’s family warehouse in Nanguneg, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur.
Acting Administrative Officer Orlando Galdones and Accountant III Resty Cambe spearheaded the inventory, with the assistance from Chief Agriculturist Adonis D. Lazo, and Area Supervisors Oliva C. Galdones and Helen Teodora D. Peña.
The Branch Office has started on Tuesday the distribution of the available sacks of fertilizers as part of the production assistance to the farmer-cooperators in the second district of Ilocos Sur.
