Roger Pacapac, 53, tobacco grower from Salucag, Dolores, Abra, is one of the beneficiaries of the Beef Cattle Production Assistance Project (BCPAP) of the National Tobacco Administration. He received his ready-to-breed upgraded Brahman heifer from NTA Abra Branch Office during the dispersal in Dolores.
“Maraming salamat sa NTA sa pagpili sa akin bilang beneficiary ng beef cattle dispersal. Malaking tulong ito sa aking pamilia. Sana tuloy-tuloy ang programang ito ng ahensia at mas marami pa ang matutulongan na mga magsasaka ng tabako katulad ko.”
