a. Curing |
Use curing shed with either black plastic cover or with GI roofing but fitted with ceiling made of indigenous materials for proper humidity and temperature maintenance. Sunwilting of sticked leaves, if done, should not be more than 5 days. The distance between sticks in the wilting rack should be 15-20cm. Leaves should be covered with plastic sheets during noontime to avoid scalding and/or when there is rain. |
