NTA welcomes new Administrator
President Rodrigo Duterte recently appointed former Dolores, Abra Mayor Robert Victor G. Seares Jr as the new administrator of the National Tobacco Administration (NTA).
Seares Jr, a former Mayor of Dolores, Abra, joined the government tobacco regulatory agency on Monday (June 22) with a simple turn-over ceremony at the NTA Central Office in Quezon City.
